Warranty
I. General information
We are a leading global manufacturer and supplier of sports equipment for the skiing, tennis and diving markets. We mainly distribute our products through agencies and sales team; some products are also available in our online store (www.yougame.lt).
When purchasing our products, please follow the instructions provided with each product and the additional information published on our website (in particular regarding material properties, product selection and use), as well as the information provided in the product user guide.
II. Warranty period
Our liability is limited to the obligations described herein, provided that this does not conflict with mandatory provisions of law.
The legal warranty only applies to defects that occur within the warranty period. The warranty period is two years for moving goods and this period starts from the handover of the goods.
III. Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Defects caused by normal wear and tear of the product
- Defects caused by intentional operation
- Defects caused by improper transportation or improper storage by the customer or the logistics company
- Defects or damage caused by improper or incorrect use, as well as insufficient or improper care and maintenance of the product
- Defects caused by non-compliance with the user manual
- Defects caused by improper assembly or improper adjustment
- Defects caused by changes made by the buyer
- Defects caused by sharp objects, rotational stress, compression, dropping, abnormal pressure or other influences
- If the product has been modified or repaired by someone other than Yougame or a Yougame representative
- If the product has been repaired using unauthorized spare parts
- If the product's serial number has been removed, erased, altered or rendered illegible
IV. Warranty claims
For all warranty claims, as soon as you notice a defect, please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product and provide them with the damaged product and the original purchase receipt. If you purchased the product from our Yougame online store (www.yougame.lt), please contact our customer service team by phone or e-mail. by mail info@yougame.lt . If your dealer is no longer in business, please also contact our customer service team. Please note that our customer service team is only responsible for inquiries related to our online store (www.yougame.lt). In other cases, please contact your dealer.
The original purchase receipt must show the date of purchase, the seller's name and address, and the name of the product. Yougame or the seller reserves the right to deny warranty claims if the original purchase receipt is not provided or is incomplete or illegible.
If the warranty claim is accepted, Yougame or the seller will repair or replace the product free of charge. Yougame or the seller has the right to decide how to process the warranty claim.
Yougame reserves the right to replace the warranty claim product with a similar product if the product is no longer available or the repair of the product would result in disproportionately high costs.
V. Limitation of Liability
Except where compensation is required by mandatory statutory provision, we are not liable for any damages or consequences arising from the use of the product, whether such claim is based on a contract of sale, statutory warranty, negligence, or whether it is related to losses related to the use of the product. or other assets, or loss of profit.
Under applicable law, this warranty is not transferable or assignable.
